How I Work

I will offer you a safe, supportive space in which to explore your concerns. I will listen to you with warmth, with empathy and with no judgement. Through a therapeutic relationship with me, you can explore your concerns and I will support you in working out how to overcome your difficulties.

I am an experienced counsellor working with a variety of clients with a wide range of issues. I currently work in private practice in Lewes as well as working online and on the telephone.

I am an Accredited Member of the BACP – British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I undertake regular clinical supervision.

I work face-to-face, over the telephone and online via email and Skype.
